Update localization strings in action classes

Refactor `Label` and `Description` properties in
`PlayAllAction`, `RefreshItemsAction`, `ShareItemAction`,
and `OpenAllTaggedActions` to use a centralized `Strings`
class for improved maintainability and consistency in
localization across the application.
