Context menu's more option is stuck in "... Loading"

Description

Whenever I try and right-click to open the context menu, the "More" option is not shown, and instead a greyed-out "...loading" will be shown.

What's worse is that this bug persists even if I close down Files completely.

However it does not appear to affect if you open up the context menu on a drive.

Steps To Reproduce

Sadly I do not know exactly how this bug occurs.

1. Right-click on any folder or file
2. Context menu's option of "More" is replaced with a grey "...Loading"
3. It never changes away from "...Loading".

Requirements

It should be able to load the "More" option or have a fail-safe to revert back to.

Yes, preview version: 2.5.29.0 - this still occurs.

My fix was merged before 2.5.29.0, so I guess this is another issue.

I can also add that restarting the computer makes the issue go away, but it will then reoccur at some point again.

Perhaps it depends on your environment. Maybe one of the shell extensions is doing something bad.

No, it just catches exceptions and ignores them without logging.

Same for me. I use SVN Tortoise which works in right click so I really need it :/ It doesn't show up randomly. The last time it didn't show up was like a month ago I think.
