Bug: Horizontal scroll stops working when in a vertically scrollable column (Column layout)

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

Propper Support for mice with independent horizontal and vertical scroll such as the MX Master series

Requirements

Currently, when in coulomb view, when cursor is in a folder that can scroll vertically, horizontal scroll is overridden by vertical scroll with both mouse wheels on MX master, even when set in logi options+. This would add an option to enable support for multiple scroll wheels so wherever you or the mouse is it can scroll in either direction is view allows it.

Scrolling is typically handled by the app framework, are there any similar requests on the WinUI repo? https://github.com/microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml/issues

I couldn't find one but we probably could get the first one's offset and set it to the second one.

@jkdesignpro Is this still an issue for you in 3.8.0.0 or above. Horizontal scrolling works for me.

@Josh65-2201 Still does not work in column view, still scrolls vertically when cursor is in a column but horizontally when in column that does not have scroll bar

This is only using the horizontal scroll wheel. you can see how it stops on the vertical column. Not sure if this is files or windows?
