Bug: Files sometimes freezes when opening

Description

When opening Files from a clean run (Start with Windows and leave running the background off) it sometimes will not accept any input and have the tabs loading forever

Steps To Reproduce

1. Close Files from system tray
2. Open Files
3. Files sometimes is in stuck state
