Cannot copy and paste between mobile devices and computers

Description

Copying files between the phone and computer after connecting the phone may result in missing files on the file clipboard
Sometimes clicking the paste button doesn't respond

Steps To Reproduce

1.Select file
2.ctrl+c
3.A blue circle appears in the status bar
4.Go to the download folder
5.The blue circle inthe status bar disappears
