Bug: Bad spacing in Layout Type setting

Description

The spacing on the "Layout Type" setting in the settings view looks a bit out of place.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Navigate to the settings menu
2. Open the Layout section from the settings menu sidebar
3. See the spacing issue at the Layout type settings control

This is not about margin or padding but an alignment issue.

Title and description area uses as much space as possible. I wonder whether it worth fixing.

Yeah I'm sure it is. I'll take a look into it soon.

@Lamparter have you looked into this? Alternatively, we can try switching to the Toolkit settings control.

Modifying the app's sizing does not affect this issue, I am yet to try setting my computer's display scale.

As for using the toolkit control, that might be an interesting thing to try.

I hate this visual issue CommunityToolkit/Windows#336 but I'm on board. It's well-adaptive than ours.
