Bug: Home page shows same item multiple times

Important

Current work around is to turn off Files settings > Advanced > Leave app running in the background then close and reopen Files.

Same drive shows multiple times when Home is opened

Steps To Reproduce

Open Home at Files

Files Version

3.7.11.0

Windows Version

10.0.19045.5073

This is the 3rd time I got this issue

Only happens when "Leave Background Services running when closed" is ON

Additionally, items in the Quick Access widget will also be duplicated.

This happens to me, but with the tags.

100% of the time I open the app, all the elements are duplicated.

In the latest version 3.9.2.0.
