Bug: Files doesn't run in the background when closed

Description

Whenever I close the app, no notification pops up to show that it is running in the background, and it takes a long time to open when launching the app.

Steps To Reproduce

Close the app and relaunch it.

3.7.11.0

Windows Version

10.0.19045.4894

Thanks for the report, the notification only happens the first time Files is closed, Do you have Files settings > Advanced > Leave app running in the background when the window is closed enabled and can you check the system tray for the Files icon

Yes, I do have it enabled, but I disabled the tray option, either way I tried with it enabled, and it didn't work in the background, too.

Well, I tried that before, but it didn't work.
But somehow it works now, but with a new bug:

The desktop icon is missing, the quick access buttons are gone and recycle bin doesn't show up correctly
