Bug: Right click menu on root of drive missing icons and command bar options

Description

I have noticed that right clicking in the empty space of the drive root will show the command bar then loaded the other without icons and the first item in the command bar will be transparent. I am unable to screenshot this as it dismisses the context menu when taking it.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Right click in empty space in root of drive

I can also consistently recreate this/similar issue. where if I right-click in an empty space, the icons are missing, but if I right-click on a folder/file, the icons appear as usual.

This is fixed in 3.9.2
