Bug: Status Center Truncated When Moved to Second Monitor

Description

When I move a window with the status center to my second monitor it gets truncated

Steps To Reproduce

1. start coping some files
2. open status center on main monitor
3. move window to second monitor
4. open status center
   Result: status center is truncated
   Expected Result: status monitor is complete

Both Monitors are 3840x2160, main monitor is set to 150% scale HDR off, second monitor is set to 100% HDR on

No, same behaviour even after windows restart.

What if you close all instances of Files (via Task Manager), and launch Files directly from the second monitor?

1. on 2nd monitor: status center ok
2. moved to 1st monitor: status center ok
3. moved back to 2nd monitor: status center truncated
4. moved to 1st monitor again: status center ok
5. moved to 2nd monitor: status center truncated
