"Scroll Bar Sensitivity Issue: Request for Improvement"

Description

The issue occurs exclusively in the update window. When we use the scroll bar and scroll down, it works, but if we move it slightly to the side, it stops scrolling. This is annoying because I don't think anyone scrolls that way on purpose. Could you fix/improve this? Thank you.

Steps To Reproduce

1.Use the scroll bar and scroll down normally.
2.It works fine and scrolls down.
3.If you move the scroll bar slightly to the side, it stops scrolling.
4.This issue occurs consistently and affects smooth scrolling.
