Continual crashes.
seems to be related to having the Preview Pane open
(sorry, best I can do)

Steps To Reproduce

open some tabs
preview pane open
copy file (or not ?)

It may also be #16378, can you type Event Viewer into the Windows start menu search > Click Windows logs > Click Application > Screenshot any errors that have Files.exe shown on the first line
