Bug: When trying to delete a folder that has been opened in another instance of Files, the folder "locks"

Description

Folder is locked when trying to delete when opened or previously opened in another instance of Files

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Files
2. Open a folder in new window
3. Navigate to another folder in File in that new window
4. In the original File instance, try delete the folder, delete will fail
5. Use Power Toys "Locksmith" to unlock
6. Notice that the folder is "locked" by Files

• Does it happen when using other layouts?

1. No info pane
2. In other layouts yes, lock happens - but I'll try get a reproduced lock to double confirm .

Hi I'm having the same bug. i m having a hard time recreating the bug but i have two folders that are locked and I cant even unlock using locksmith
