Bug: Drag and drop in files stopped working again

Description

I used to have an issue dragging and dropping files from Files to PowerDirector. Recently, the issue appear to be resolved, and it worked fine.

I don't know what's changed, unfortunately, but I can again no longer drag and drop files in PowerDirector from Files; as I do this daily, I've had to revert back to Files Explorer.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open folder with MP4 in Files
2. Open project in PowerDirector
3. Attempt to drag and drop MP4 into PowerDirector
