Bug: Opens all PDf files with Edge. Even though the default was changed. #16819

Everytime you open a PDF it opens Edge.. Changed the default to Foxit and it till opens in Edge. Check the default settings for PDF and it is set to Foxit. However, Files still opens PDFs in Edge,
