Bug: Reordering pinned items removed them all

Description

I was reordering the pinned items using the dialog, and (as pretty much every time) it made Files crash on saving. When Files reloaded, the pinned items were now empty. It is also empty in the default Windows Explorer, so something is probably corrupted.

A Windows restart (and updates) did not fix the issue, what can I do?

Steps To Reproduce

1. Reorder the pinned items
2. Hit Save
3. Files crashes (like most of the times)
4. Files reopens
5. Pinned items are empty

Thanks for the report, you will likely have to add them back yourself if there removed from Windows File Explorer too.
