Bug: crashes all the time...

Crashes pretty much every time I use it. Paid for it too... :-(

Just use it normally...

Thanks for the report,

• Do you have the info pane open?
• The log doesn't show any errors, can you type Event Viewer into the Windows start menu search > Click Windows logs > Click Application > Screenshot any errors that have Files.exe shown on the first line

And do you have the info pane open?

If you mean the Details/Preview pane on the right side-yes, I have that open in preview mode so I can view .stl files. As a side note, making "Files" capable of viewing .3MF files either natively or with a plugin etc., would be super awesome. 3MF files have grown in popularity exponentially with the mainstream adoption of 3D printing...

For now you will have to close the info pane as it causes the crash. This fixed for v4 and in the next preview update. You would also need a program that supports making previews 3MF.
