Bug: shortcuts don't seem to work well

Description

When the application is on focus, shortcuts like Ctrl+Shift+P, Ctrl+L or Ctrl+F don't have any effect. They only work after I click on any element of the application. When the focus is on the path bar or on the search box also shortcuts don't have any effect.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set the focus on Files using Alt+Tab or Win+Tab (or set the focus within Files on the path bar or search box)
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+P or Ctrl+L or Ctrl+F

There is no directory with the path %localappdata%\Packages\49306atecsolution.FilesUWP_et10x9a9vyk8t\LocalState but I found the debug.log file in %localappdata%\Packages\Files_1y0xx7n9077q4\LocalState:
