Bug: Pinned library shows the default location name and icon rather then the libraries

Description

I have created a new Libraries folder called "Games" under C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries. Within this Library Folder, I have given it one folder location called Game Clients and a second one called Saved Games (which is normally built-in with Windows).
When pinning the Games Library folder to the side panel (Quick Access), the name and icon does NOT come up as the name Games with its icon, but rather Game Clients with that folder's icon instead.
When opening the incorrect pinned item, it does correctly take me to the Games folder that shows both contents from Game Clients and Saved Games... it is simply the name and icon for which it is pinned is incorrectly showing.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to your Libraries folder: C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries
2. Create a new Library folder and call it whatever
   You can also right-click Libraries on the sidebar and {+ Create New **Library}
3. Right-Click your new Library folder and select {Open Properties}
4. Select the Library tab, then ADD at least one destination, then SAVE.
5. Right-Click on the Library folder and {Pin to Sidebar}.
6. You should see that the name and icon (if using different icons)

Thanks for the report, We're tracking support for changing the icon in #9445. You can check there or click subscribe in the right sidebar for updates. Also in future please make a different issue for each feedback you have so we can track it correctly.

Is it specific to this custom icon, or does the issue occur if you try with a different icon as well?

The icon doesn't matter, because the pinned Library will always take the first folder in its Location list.

Here is the context for the image provided:

1. Created a new Library called NVIDIA Captures (plural).
2. Created a new standard folder on the Desktop called Test Folder.
   Customized to include a different Icon
3. Added 2 locations to NVIDIA Captures Library = Test Folder and NVIDIA Capture (singular)
4. Pinned NVIDIA Captures to the Sidebar
5. Name and Icon do not match Library, but instead the first added location = Test Folder

There are actually a few more issues during this process I'll address here, as they all pertain to the Libraries and Pinning:

First issue

The actual Libraries folder inside \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows CANNOT be pinned to the sidebar, but every other folder can.

Note: The testing was originally on my Desktop PC, before I wiped it... so I will have to do this on my laptop.
