Bug: Home auto refresh doesn't work

Description

When I switch to the home page in an existing or new tab. The drive widget is not refreshed when it should be, based on #16732 (comment) , but can still be done with the button or F5.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the home page
2. Note the free space on the C drive
3. Download a large file
4. Navigate to the home page in the same or new tab
5. See free space hasn't changed

Are you switching tabs or navigating backward/forward?
In the former case it should not be updated by design

I'm not switching to a tab that already on home. If I use the sidebar and click home or open a new tab which goes to home by default, I would expect it to update.

I found a fix.
Just to be sure, if you're already on the HomePage and click the Home button in the sidebar, would you expect the widgets to update?

Ok, I'll ask @yaira2 because implementing this would require adding a different handling for home page only
