Bug: 3.9.1.0 - Set up as default to replace explorer.exe - First start takes a long tine

Description

I have installed 3.9.1.0 - preview as default file manage / explorer.

I have several network mapped drives, some of which are not available all the time.

The first time I double click the app, it takes a long time to show up as if checking those network mappings.

If the unavailable network mappings are removed, app startup is blazing fast.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Map network drives (smb)
2. Disconnect from network
3. Start the app
4. Observe long startup time.
