Bug: FTP is not working

Description

i'm trying to connect to FTP Server, but nothing happens
i just enter the URL as this ftp://<server_address>:990
and system keeps on loading for a while and then stops loading and displays not files

BTW, the connection is working fine with WinSCP
also the connection is marked as (TLS/SSL Implicit encryption) in WinSCP

Steps To Reproduce

i just followed the steps in the documentation

Files only support FTP and no other variation (different protocols or encryption) of it right now same as Windows File Explorer.

but this #13122 is all about SFTP , while mine is about FTP

Are you able to connect to it in Windows File Explorer with no other programs?

connection is marked as (TLS/SSL Implicit encryption)

Since you said your connecting with encryption which is not FTP and is SFTP (Includes SSH/SSL/TLS protocols)
