Feature: Add param to website to follow app theme

Description

The "What's new" dialog or the displayed website does not use the same theme as the app.
It looks as if the dialog/website is always displayed in the Windows system theme.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set the windows system theme to dark
2. Open the settings of Files and set the theme to light
3. Open the "What's new" dialog
4. See that the app is displayed in light mode, but the content/website is displayed in dark mode
