Only have one version installed on a Windows 11 computer and can't open with the following message

. The program was installed from the Microsoft App Store.

"You’re at the limit for the number of devices that can be used with games and apps from the Store."

This isn't an issue with Files. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/content and remove any devices you aren't using and try again.
