Description

Hello,

When I click on 'Recycle Bin' from the desktop, I get a 'Drive Unplugged - NotAFolder'

I am using the latest Files Insider Preview on a Windows 11 Enterprise 24H2 LTSC install.

I have it set for Files to be the default file manager.

This used to work but since I changed my system language, this is no longer working. Windows used to be in English and changed it to Russian.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Used desktop shortcut and it automatically opened Files Insider Preview - 'Drive Unplugged - NotAFolder'
  2. Went to C:$Recycle.Bin on Files - shows as an empty folder (there are items in the Recycle Bin)
  3. Reverted back to Windows File Explorer - Recycle Bin opens normal.
  4. Went to C:$Recycle.Bin and files are there that are in the Recycle bin.
