Feature: Option to disable telemetry

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

Hey folks, I'm requesting the ability to disable telemetry. I think it would be simple to add this control to the Settings page. Privacy-conscious users will feel a lot more comfortable using the app.

Based on packet logs, every 10 seconds or so the Files app is sending data to remote servers. This is clearly telemetry since there's no functional reason to do this. I hope it's telemetry anyway, as the alternatives are even more concerning.

I've checked the settings and did not find any option to disable this behavior which was surprising. Data collection should always be optional (and ideally opt-in).

Requirements

• Allow the user to disable telemetry / data collection in Settings
• Relevant translation strings
