Feature: When going up a folder, open up at the previous folder #17038

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

In File Explorer, when you go back or up between folders, you are placed at the folder you came out of, which is also highlighted. This makes it easy to navigate in and out of a bunch of folders quickly. In contrast, Files places you at the top of the folder with the top file or folder highlighted. This means if you are trying to look through a bunch of folders, you have to scroll back down to the place were at every time instead of just being able to click the down arrow and enter.
I provided an example video of both apps in their current form.
