Feature: sub tagging

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

I would love to see an option to sub tagging! so tags can belong to a category for better organization

Thanks for the feedback, sub tags can be done with multiple tags assigned to a folder/file. You can see https://files.community/docs/features/tags#:~:text=to%20filter%20by-,Using%20search,-Select%20the%20search for how to search for one or more tagged items.

Support for auto tagging to allow easier adding of sub tags is being tracked here #11992
