Feature: Add context to the undo & redo actions

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

The undo & redo actions can benefit from displaying context on which operation is being reverted.

Requirements

• Display 'Undo Copy'
• Display 'Undo Delete'

This would be in the tooltip for any buttons, and in the context menu if the Undo action were to be added to it.
