Bug: Unable to install via winget

Description

When trying to install using winget using the following command : winget install -e --id FilesCommunity.Files
I get the error:

Downloading https://cdn.files.community/files/stable/Files.Package_3.9.0.0_Test/Files.Package_3.9.0.0_x64_arm64.msixbundle
An unexpected error occurred while executing the command:
Download request status is not success.
0x80190194 : Not found (404).

Steps To Reproduce

Run winget install -e --id FilesCommunity.Files

Files Version

3.9.0.0

Windows Version

11

User ID

No response

The installer will request to run as administrator, expect a prompt.

Thanks for the report, we are waiting for the Winget team to accept the updated download microsoft/winget-pkgs#265750. In the mean time you can get Files from other places

Microsoft store/app installer at https://files.community/download

PowerShell

1. Opening PowerShell as administrator
2. For Stable use this command

Add-AppxPackage -AppInstallerFile https://cdn.files.community/files/stable/Files.Package.appinstaller

For Preview use this command

Add-AppxPackage -AppInstallerFile https://cdn.files.community/files/preview/Files.Package.appinstaller

3. Wait until the blue bar at the top doesn't show
4. See if Files is in the start menu all apps section

Do you know when this will be accepted ? Also I see the url points to a test package

No and all the URLs have test on them, they always have.
