Feature: Add option to disable auto-loading network location tabs

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

When having multiple tabs opened and having enabled the option to "Continue where you left off" activated, if there are multiple tabs open pointing to network locations, the loading time of the tabs will be very large and the application becomes laggy.

I would suggest to add an option under Startup settings to prevent loading of tabs for network location automatically at startup, by default. And only the users who want to load tabs automatically will check this option.

The same is done in Directory Opus to inprove startup time.

Requirements

When the option is in effect (i.e. not loading network location tabs), for such tabs, a message like "Press refresh to re-load this tab" should be presented to the user when he clicks on a network location tab.

You can close the tab or change the startup option to open a new tab at home. Also see #4180 for tab loading improvements

That's the point, that I want to keep the tabs open, but just don't load them if I don't use them in the current session until I explicitly want.

The same can really be said about any location, ideally tabs would be opened in the background and only load when focused.
