Bug: When enabling: "Calculate folder sizes" sometimes the Column Headers become frozen

Description

Randomly, if I have the setting Calculate folder sizes enabled, the Column Headers become "frozen" and I can't resize them.

Steps To Reproduce

Enable the Setting: "Calculate folder sizes"

Randomly upon opening Files the Column Headers will be in frozen state where you can no longer resize them

I also have the setting: "Leave app running in the background when the window is closed" enabled. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I just wanted to make sure I included it just in case.

I have reviewed the issue and i think i can resolve it.

@janhavik-it were you able to repro? If yes, does this usually happen when there is little available ram?

For me, it's completely random. I have 32 GB of RAM and only about 16 GB is only ever full.

I also have an Intel Core i9-12900HK CPU so I don't think it's a cycle drop issue, unless the 12th gen intel CPU's just have weird quirks.

I haven't noticed this yet on my Intel Core i5-9600KF yet, but I don't use it as often as my work machine, and when I do use the 9th gen CPU: I'm using playing games lol that's my home gaming baby.
