Feature: Change wording for Light, Dark, Default theme settings

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

We should match the wording used on other apps and not use Default but instead Use system setting

Just to add, WinUI 3 Gallery, Notepad, Paint, Calculator, New Outlook, Clock, Snipping Tool, all use this wording.

Microsoft ToDo uses Use my windows theme
Photos uses Windows default
Phone Link uses Use Windows setting
