Bug: "Open in VS Code" action does not work with VS Code Insiders out of the box

Description

The "Open in VS Code" status bar action, which shows by default on auto-detected Git repositories, does not work with VS Code Insiders out of the box.

Steps To Reproduce

1. [Have VS Code Insiders installed but not VS Code production]
2. Try to run the action
3. See an error about failure to locate the VS Code install

Thanks for the report, Files can't detect the install folder you would need to change the path in Files settings > Developer tools > Configure the "Open IDE" button on the status bar > Edit > browse

As @Josh65-2201 mentioned, we only have built-in detection for VS Code. Nothing is technically stopping us from adding other IDEs, but we prefer to keep things simple and let users configure the path themselves.
