Bug: SVN Repository Browser can't be drag into Files

Description

Files fails to replicate Windows Explorer's cross-application drag-and-drop behavior. From SVN Repository Browser cannot be dragged into Files

Steps To Reproduce

1. Select file(s) in SVN Repository Browser
2. Attempt to drag into FILES window → operation ignored

3.9.1.0

Windows Version

10.0.19045.6093

I think I have the same problem: Drag & dropping a file from Files in another application (i.e. Notepad++) does not work.
Files: 3.9.14.0

Other file managers such as Directory Opus support this, just like Explorer.

Dragging from has know issues in #11735, You can check there or click subscribe in the right sidebar for updates. This will be change to be about drag in from PL/SQL
