Feature: Create new file and folders in one command

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

Feature like vs code, create new file and in the name enter folder1/folder2/file
and the created structure is file inside folder2 that is inside folder1.
The / is not valid for path in windows, so if the is a / in the name, that means the user want's to create a folder.

Requirements

• This proposal will accomplish to create a file inside a nested folder structure in one command

#15745 is tracking folders and sub folders (which is a little easier than folders and files).
