Bug: Mouse micro flickering

Description

I've installed version 4.0 of the Microsoft Store, but I have one problem: When I hover over any area, file, folder, or drop-down menu, it causes a small flicker, which causes the drop-down menus and clicks to not work properly.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Hover over any area, whether it's a folder, file, or drop-down menu.
2. Right now, as I show in the video, it blinks, causing clicks and even the drop-down menu to automatically disappear.

I've also noticed that the pinned tab disappears sporadically, whenever it wants.

Does this issue happen specifically with Files, or can you reproduce it in other WinAppSdk applications like Phone Link?

Phone Link i don't have any problems, I don't use it enough to see bugs, but this bug doesn't appear in Phone Link.
Thanks for the help, I'll look into the post you sent to resolve the pin problem.

Does this still occur if you use the regular cursor from Windows?
