Bug: AQS Boolean operators (NOT, AND, OR) don’t work with tag: searches

Description

When using Advanced Query Syntax (AQS) with tag searches, Boolean operators such as NOT, AND, and OR do not work as expected, returning no results instead of the properly tagged files.

The same queries work correctly in native Windows File Explorer, but fail to return correct results in Files.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Files.

2. In the search bar, enter any existing tag search followed by an AQS Boolean operator (AND, OR, or NOT) and another tag search.
   Example: tag:Mountain NOT tag:Bird

3. Observe the search results — if the bug is present, no results appear (or incorrect results are shown).
