Bug: Switching Tabs using the mouse wheel doesn't switch the page correctly

Description

When switching tabs by scrolling up or down using the mouse wheel, the path in the path bar is not correctly updated, even though the correct contents (folders, files) are shown. instead of showing the path of the current tab, it shows the path of the previous tab. this does not happen when switching using the mouse left click or CTRL (+ SHIFT) + TAB.

after some more testing, it turns out that not just the path is affected, but it seems like nearly everything is.

• the forward, backward and up buttons control the previous tab
• the action bar (the bar with the new, copy, paste, etc.) is the one from the previous page. e.g. clicking the "new" button creates a new folder in the previous tab.
• opening a folder in the sidebar (where home, libraries, etc are) opens it in the previous tab
• opening a folder normally in the main area works, but the path is still not updated

switching back and forth using one of the methods that work fixes the issue.

Steps To Reproduce

1. create a few tabs in Files
2. switch between the tabs by hovering over one of the tabs and scrolling up or down using the mouse wheel
