Popups seem to have incorrect labels on the tags page. (Applicable to multiple buttons)

Steps To Reproduce

Hover over buttons on tags page

Expected Behavior

Remove the tooltips

Recommended to change this subtext to yellow or red, since this change is a permanent one

This follows WinUI style and isn't permanent. You can turn it off and Files will also reset if it was enabled and uninstalled

Include an arrow on the copy button in About > Files.
