Add startSubscriptionCountLogging to exported object

A new method should be added to the exported object.
This method must be called startSubscriptionCountLogging and it can receive an optional timeInterval in milisseconds to log subscriptionsCount every X or 60 (default) seconds.

Tests should also be made.
