PWAs not appearing in Control Panel programs list

I recently transferred PCs, and moved over my data for PWAs for Firefox by manually copying over its folders in AppData, ProgramData, and Program Files, as well as all of the PWA shortcuts from my Start Menu, then manually reinstalling the extension and runtime. All of my PWAs correctly transferred over. However, the PWAs are now no longer appearing my Control Panel Programs list. Is there a way to make PWAs for Firefox manually enter each of my PWAs back into the Windows Programs list?

You can open the extension settings and run "Update web apps".
