Latest version of the extension not working properly on Windows 7 SP1

Description

The latest version, as of today, of the PWAs for Firefox extension (version 2.17.2) is constantly showing the "An unexpected error occurred", in both the 2nd step of the installation (where VC++ Redistributable and the .msi file is installed). This is shown after 30 seconds of waiting to go to the next step. I restart Firefox, and extension menu does come up, but then again, "An unexpected error occured".

Please check the extension logs. Please also check the browser console (like described here, but for your main browser) for any errors.

Also, check if you can run firefoxpwa from the command line.

However, please note that Windows 7 is not supported anymore. I didn't release any new versions recently, so I don't know why it stopped working today, but Rust also doesn't support Windows 7 anymore so I cannot guarantee that the program will run properly.
