Auto-navigation to comparison after treatment selection (UI)

Scope: UI behavior that redirects or auto-displays clinics list after a treatment is selected.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Selecting a treatment leads the user to a page showing clinics for that treatment (via route or query param).
• Selection persists in URL for shareable links (e.g., /clinics?tx=).
• Works with existing data; sort/filter integration handled in other epics (158/159).

Notes:

• Do not reference the parent epic in the title; this sub-issue is linked via metadata.
