Update TASK api to return CamundaFormRef in the response

As part of Fluxnova renaming and refactoring effort, CamundaFormRef class was renamed to FluxnovaFormRef. This is causing TASK endpoints to include fluxnovaFormRef which is breaking in the consumers application.

Update FluxnovaFormRef with CamundaFormRef.
