Release Automation: Versioning, Tagging, Artifact Publishing, and Docker Image Deployment #38
Description
This will have:
- Extracts the current version from pom.xml
- Increments the minor version for the next development cycle
- Tags the released version
- Publishes artifacts to Maven Central
- Builds a parameterized Docker image and pushes it to GHCR
