FINOS community request on Legend updates

Legend team,

I am raising this issue at the request of FINOS community members from Deutsche Bank who are interested in learning more about the current state of the Legend platform. They would also like to explore the possibility of another demo to evaluate adoption (we could open this to the whole FINOS community). Specifically, they have questions regarding:

• The new features that have been added:
  • Expanding capabilities
  • Simplifying adoption
• How permissioning on the underlying data works
• Hydrating models with data across different technologies
• End user experience for non-technical users interacting with the models
• Automated modeling of incoming data with “base models” and mapping those to target models with model to model mappings.
• Gitlab choice and potential for other supported versioning
• Latency cost and Legend suitability for low latency applications.

If there is information readily available that you can point me to that answers the above please let me know.
