Update hooks to be agnostic to version of openfin API

Currently the hooks tie in to v2 of the openfin API, it would be nice if they were backwards compatible with older versions of the API to allow users tied to older versions of openfin to be able to use the hook

Version 2 of the JS API was released with Runtime version:
