Is it possible to change the Facebook App for Firebase Auth?

I want to customize our Facebook app from Standard Access to Advanced Access so that it is reactivated. But it is not possible for me because the app is disabled as explained here:

After a week of trouble and bot answers of Facebook with no luck I decided to create a new app. But now I have the next problem:
For that I have to change the Sign In Method for Firebase with ne new App-ID and Secret-Code.

However, after the adjustment, users who had previously logged in via the old app will no longer be able to log in. Is there no way to change the Facebook App?
