How to access docker containers from GCL containers?

Hi! How I could access docker local registry from GCL containers?

I'm running following compose.yaml:

Then I have the following .gitlab-ci-local-variables.yml:

Finally I have .gitlab-ci.yml:

And then I'm trying to run gcl --network hemlchartdemo_helmchartdemo, but got the following error:

I believe Gitlab CI/CD image: instruction only allows for https:// registrys, and yours is not
